Hi. The site is great: it has a lot of valuable information and is easy to find.
I learned a lot from here, so I want to ask about a
recommended book as the best natural remedies:
What do you think, it’s worth buying, is it too cheap?

    Thanks and hugs!

So, the book I found with your link is “The Lost Book of Remedies” by Claude Davis and Dr. Nicole Apelian. At the time of this reply, it had 523 reviews on Amazon, a 4.5 star rating, with the paperback selling at $37.00. You ask if it is worth buying. Well, that depends on:
      1. Is it valid information?
      2. Is the information relevant to you at this point in time?
      3. Will you use the information?

I believe the answer to number one is yes. The book is written by an herbalist with decades of experience along with a man seemingly passionate about finding ways to restore one’s health without a prescription. $37 is nothing compared to the price of prescription medication and undergoing the knife.

However, comments from 2019 indicate that something changed in production of the book between 2018 and now. The book had been well received until 2019, wherein people began complaining about how the information was displayed on the pages. If you can find an older copy of the book, it may serve you better than the newer version. Note that this book also seems to just provide information on herbs and their uses, but not actually how to use them. I found a detailed review here: that offers a free PDF download. This may be your best option to discover if the information is worth your time without spending the money to find out.

Please feel free to send in your questions, as it has inspired me to find some books on this subject that others may find worth reading.
